HOW IT WORKS
We integrate your accessibility needs into renovation planning from the very beginning.
Meet with our Project Manager for an on-site assessment. We’ll review your space, discuss your goals and gather all the details we need to prepare a detailed work plan.
We can work with your Occupational Therapist or other members of your health care team to ensure that we design your space to meet you current and future needs.
Our registered health professionals and project managers work together to create a floor plan and detailed estimate for the work.
Review your plan, which includes:
a description of the work with inclusions/materials;
an outline of any work required by subcontractors (electrical, plumbing, engineering); and
a detailed cost breakdown and payment schedule.
Once you are ready to move forward, we’ll sign a Sales and Services Agreement, set a date and roll up our sleeves to get started.
Enjoy the home you love
