The Rehabilitation Centre Volunteer Association is a registered charitable organization whose mission is to enhance the quality of life of patients at The Rehabilitation Centre.
EARN is a community initiative led by the United Way, that brings together employers and service providers with the goal of increasing employment opportunities for people with disabilities in Ottawa.
MS Government Relations Committee
The SAC's role is to advocate on various concerns shared by the community, such as: improved service on the ParaTranspo service, enhanced health care services, improved housing for persons with disabilities, accessibility to public buildings, education and employment of persons with disabilities.

Building Up Girls Construction Clubs
Workshops are being run to give young women valuable tools and education to support their passion and receive support from successful women in skilled trades. BuildAble is teaching young women how to build ramps and about the importance of accessible construction.

DRESS FOR SUCCESS - ACCESSIBILITY SPONSOR
BuildAble will once again be providing custom ramps to the Dress for Success Stepping Out Fundraiser - . We are grateful to any organization that ensures their space and events are accessible to everyone! Tickets will sell out fast!
In line with Dress for Success' mission to "help women in our community achieve economic independence and professional success" our team will be building these ramps while mentoring the Women in Skilled Trades program at Algonquin College.
OTTAWA SENIORS EXPO - OUTCARE FOUNDATION
BuildAble was the founder and event organizer of the Ottawa Seniors Expo, which raised over $14,000.00 for the OutCare Foundation - a charity that raises pertinent funds for palliative care across eastern Ontario. We've taken a break from the Expo, but will be returning with something new and very exciting soon!
