HOW IT WORKS
BuildAble™ works with you to make your business accessible for all. Good for customers. Good for business.
Meet with our team for an on-site assessment. We’ll review your space, discuss your goals and gather all the details we need to prepare a detailed work plan.
Our registered health professionals and project managers work together to create a floor plan and detailed estimate for the work.
Review your plan, which includes:
a description of the work with inclusions/materials;
an outline of any work required by subcontractors (electrical, plumbing, engineering); and
a detailed cost breakdown and payment schedule.
Once you are ready to move forward, we’ll sign a Sales and Services Agreement, set a date and roll up our sleeves to get started.
Accessible space is good for business
About 1.5 million people in Ontario (13.5% of the population) have a disability*. That’s a lot of potential customers or future employees who will appreciate being able to get through your front door, move around your space with ease, and access your services. What’s more, people with strollers and delivery workers will love it too.
