Ramps & Decks need to work for everyone in your family - and they should look as fantastic as they work. 
 

Building a custom wheelchair ramp may seem simple, but there is a lot to consider. Here are a few things we'll talk about: 
​

  • Is there enough space? For every inch of rise to your door - you need one foot of length to meet code.

​

  • A 1:12 slope can be too steep for some conditions. Will this grading work for you in the long term? ​

​

  • Oh Canada - how will I clear the snow in wintertime? Should I build a covered ramp/deck?

​

  • Location! Front door? Through a garage? Do I want access to my backyard? Or all of the above!​

​

  • Design - as creative or simple as you'd like! Depending on scale, some projects may require an architect.
