We are looking for someone who is compassionate & enthusiastic about helping make someone’s home accessible - and to guide them through the initial renovation process. You'll bring a vision & renovation know-how on what can be done to transform someone's space.

Who are our clients? 

Typically, our clients or their family member(s) live with a physical disability, chronic illness/injury, following a motor vehicle accident, or wanting to age-in-place. Most of our clients are 35-55yrs and want their space to look fantastic (and not like a hospital setting). We often build strong, trusting, lasting relationships with our clients. We are looking for someone who cares about others - and who brings enthusiasm and positivity to their renovation sales skill-set.

You have some of the following Experience and/or Skills:

• 3+years Sales Experience in renovation/construction industry - and/or background in residential construction or estimation

• Bathroom renovation experience would be an asset. Accessibility/disability knowledge also an asset, but not required! We teach & learn together.

• Excellent time management, organization and meticulous attention to detail

• Meet & manage timelines, client expectations & client satisfaction

• A self-motivated, enthusiastic people-person – you care about your clients and the work we are doing!

• You're not afraid of the phone or on-site meetings. Likely one of those amazing, passionate extroverts! (this job posting was created by an introvert) ;)

I'm in, but what will my days will look like??

Meeting with prospective clients at their home, business or community space for potential sale of renovation project(s); managing leads & pipelines; ensuring accurate measurements/pictures/documentation prepared for estimation; clear & ongoing communication with clients; meeting targets and timelines; preparing scope of work & working closely with team members to resolve issues and ensure seamless transition from sales-to-job site. We have an office team & field team that are really passionate about what we're building - together.
