We are looking for: ​

• An experienced carpenter (5+ years) looking for really rewarding work;

• Someone who enjoys leading & managing meaningful projects and diligently running their own site;

• Someone who excels/loves bathroom renos (most common), kitchens or decks/ramps, or a willingness to quickly learn. Accessibility knowledge is also an asset but definitely not a requirement!

• Potentially accept delicious cookies from clients.

• To be physically able to work in inaccessible homes & ability to lift/transport heavy equipment or products as needed

I'm in, but what will my days will look like??

• Monday - Friday. Usually start on site or material pick up at the shop. We stay in touch by using Teams (memes/gifs may be involved) :)

• We have leads & apprentices in the field. As a lead, you will undertake all aspects of a project: from demo to finishing, reading prints & delegating tasks, and staying organized & keeping everyone on time.

• Overseeing tasks of others on the team and working with our subtrades (plumbing/electrical, etc)

• And absolutely taking pride in your work - we don't cut corners. If we don't know something, we figure it out TOGETHER. We have a team in the office ready to support at all times.
