CARPENTER/
RENOVATOR

We are looking for: ​

• An experienced carpenter (5+ years) looking for really rewarding work;

• Someone who enjoys meaningful projects;

• Someone who excels/loves bathroom renos (most common), kitchens or decks/ramps, or a willingness to quickly learn. Accessibility knowledge is also an asset but definitely not a requirement!

• To be physically able to work in inaccessible homes & ability to lift/transport heavy equipment or products as needed

I'm in, but what will my days will look like??

• Monday - Friday. Usually start on site or material pick up at the shop. We stay in touch by using Teams (memes/gifs may be involved) :)

• We have leads carpenters & apprentices in the field. 

• Overseeing and working with our subtrades (plumbing/electrical, etc)

• And absolutely taking pride in your work - we don't cut corners. If we don't know something, we figure it out TOGETHER.

Salary: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
